Billing FAQ
Typical pricing for standard plans shown. Subscriptions are charged on a monthly billing cycle. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There are no long term contracts. Cancel at anytime. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. Cancellations will be in effect from the next billing cycle. For example, if you enroll for a Personal subscription for $20 per month on Jan 15 and then cancel on June 16, your subscription will remain active until July 14, after which no more recurring payments will be charged.
